Lisa Rush
Lisa Rush, the president of
Floors & Decor, Inc., has owned and operated the company since
1999. She has been in the floor covering business for twenty
years. She has put that background to use by offering quality
service.
Lisa has designed Floors
& Decor, Inc. around the concept "Time is Money". She has achieved
this goal by putting her showroom on wheels. By doing this, it has
allowed her to go where the client is to save the client time. She
is a business smart individual who always sees the project to the
end.
The greatest reward to
her in the business is the finished product and satisfied
customers. Referrals are very important to her because they have
grown the business steadily. In 2006, Lisa made the decision to
expand even more. She hired a designer and has been advertising
formally. Lisa enjoys going the "extra mile" for her clients in
order for Floors & Decor, Inc. to make the homeowners remodeling
dreams a reality.

Kimberly Scarbrough
Kimberly has recently been
added to Lisa Rush's Floors & Decor, Inc. In 2005, she graduated as
an Interior Design graduate from Ivy Tech State College. Since
being hired she over sees the builder division as a design and
flooring consultant to the builders in the area.
Her main goal is to
assist in selecting flooring and color schemes that best fit the
home and potentially attract today's home buyer. Kimberly enjoys
helping others see the full potential of their home. She is good at
building relationships with people she works with and is
a well organized, assertive, and extremely ambitious. Kimberly is
a fabulous asset to the company.
